Refund policy
If Snaggy isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions, no forms.
14 days, full refund. Email hello@snaggyapp.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase.
How to ask
- Email hello@snaggyapp.com with the subject "Refund request".
- Include your order number or the email you used at checkout. A reason helps us improve, but you don't have to give one.
- We reply within 2 business days and send the refund through Dodo Payments.
What happens next
- The full amount goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
- Your licence key is deactivated, so Snaggy goes back to unlicensed on every Mac it was used on.
- Your saved links stay on your Mac. Export them from Settings › Data first if you'd like a copy outside Snaggy.
After 14 days
Purchases older than 14 days aren't normally refundable. If something has gone wrong, such as a bug that stops Snaggy working on your Mac, write to us anyway and we'll do our best to make it right.
Upgrading to more Macs
If you bought a 1 Mac licence and need more, email us before buying again. We'll help you move to the 3 or 5 Mac plan without paying twice.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
